Well a good early morning start at Mar Menor golf and spa resort with a good turn out as usual. Thank you all for supporting Smiling Jacks.
The course was a good layout but looked a little tired in places, but this didn’t stop a great day out followed by some lovely food on our return, thank you Jules.
Some good scores were had and in second place with a fantastic 36 points was our special guest J J Mcgettigan, well done but no cigar.
The winner this time with a brilliant 38 points was Wayne Griffin, excellent round of golf mate.
Wayne’s playing partner Chris picked up a nearest the pin in two and none other than el presidente also picked up a nearest the pin.
Marina Herron played her second round every and trippled her score. She also picked up Blue Johnny.
Next month is high season do I’m trying to get the best deal.
We will be having a free presidential BBQ after next month’s golf.
