ALFIES GOLF SOCIETY at The Keg’N’Kitchen
Every year Alfies Golf Society raise money for a charity nominated by the captain, and in 2020 Nick Lee chose the charity known as APANEE – a non-profit Association of Parents of Students with Special Educational needs.
They have a school for kids with physical disabilities and learning difficulties. The children are aged from a few months old to 18 years old.
With the generosity from our members, and Ben and Gary, proprietors of the Keg’N’Kitchen, we managed to raise €900.
A presentation was held at the Keg’N’Kitchen on Thursday, 29th April to Maria José Sanchez, the Apanee President.
Many thanks to everyone involved with Alfies Golf Society and we look forward to supporting our Captain, Ian Connell, with his nominated charity for 2021 – Help at Home.
