Montgo members played at Oliva Nova Golf Course today for the James Randall Trophy sponsored by Neil Carter, James Randall’s Grandad.
James encourages his Grandad to buy confectionery each year, hence the array of sweet goodies on offer today.
Taking top spot was Dirk Knappe with 39 Stableford points in second place was Simon Fox with 36 points and in third place was Gerian van Ooijen with 35 points.
We had three nearest the pins prizes on offer today with Helmut Pettier & Susann Budnik taking home the spoils on the 3rd & 16th holes and Dirk Knappe claiming the prize on the 18th in two, Dirk also taking home a coveted Montgo ball with the only two of the day on the 16th. I think we can say it was Dirk’s Day, well played Dirk.
