This week at Oliva Nova we had 37 players for our Annual Turkey Trot. Club selection is limited to three clubs and a putter and we have a prize for the best Christmas Costume. We welcomed one guest, Graham Wise.
The results were as follows: First was Malcolm Cannon with an incredible 40 points, Second was Peter Cornes with 36 points, Third was Derek Lindley with 34 points, Fourth was Paul Trigwell with 33 points, Fifth was Andrew Harrison also with 33 points, Sixth was Stella Fox with 32 points
Nearest the Pin on Hole 5 was Ian Robertson with 1m.62 and on Hole 16 Martin Gates with 4m.69. There were three 2s today from Ken Millar, Paul Trigwell and Colin Foster.
The Best Dressed Competition was won by Jim Hayward who appeared as Elvis Presley, Thank you Ma’am, uh uh!
