Montgo Golf Society played the rain delayed St David’s Day Medal Competition today. The members enjoying the sun throughout the morning. The competition was sponsored by Geoff & Hilary Willcock, with a fine array of prizes.
We had 3 members scoring net 73’s so winning on countback was Sally Burrowes with Nigel Siddall taking 2nd place and Ian Bonser taking the 3rd place.
Winners of the Nearest the Pins today was Simon Fox & Sally Burrowes on the 3rd & 18th Holes respectively. Only one 2 today that went to Sally Burrowes, who takes home a coveted Montgo Golf Ball
The Sponsors gave a special prize for the member who came in 13th place the original date of this competition and this went to Arthur Burrowes.
