Montgo members played a Medal Competition at Oliva Nova Golf Course sponsored by Pete Turner, who provided the prizes, thank you Pete.
Our winner today was our Captain George Braddick with a net 74 in second place was Peter Gardiner also with a net 74, losing out on countback.
We had four Nearest the Pin prizes today. Mike Connolly winning the 5th in 2 well done Mike. The 9th in 3 the 15th in 3 and the 18th in 2 were all won by John Day, well done John.
We had no two’s today, so that will keep the treasurer happy for another week.
Next weeks competition is the John Costigan Memorial Trophy, sponsored by the Society.
