With many of our members returning to the UK for Christmas Montgo GS played a two man Texas Scramble.
There were six pairs including Andrew Brown on his return from England.
With a great score of 43 points was Caz Welch and Gerian van Ooijen. Second was Sue Burman and Geoff Willcock with 37 points.
Nearest the pins went to Gerian and Alan Lowans. This was a fun game preceded with mince pies and a very small brandy.
There was also a prize for the most festively dressed player which went to Caz who donned a very Christmassy jumper and matching bobble hat. Next week’s competition hopes to be as much fun with a Magic Three.
As this will be the last competition before the holiday we wish everyone a Happy Christmas and a healthy New Year and look forward to seeing everyone again in January.
