Playing a medal on Friday 13th may have seemed not a good thing to do for those amongst us who are superstitious, but 15 players including our guest Jeanne White took part on another very hot and steamy day.
The competition was sponsored by Caz Welch and Alan Lowans. Scores were good and the winner this week was George Braddick with a nett 70 (apologies to George for not mentioning his nearest the pin last week). Second with a nett 71 was Simon Fox and third, Geoff Willcock with nett 73.
Nearest the pins went to Simon and Nigel Siddall and Sally Cottrell has a 2 on the 6th after a great tee shot.
