Montgo Golf Society played a Pairs combined Stableford competition today Sponsored by Nigel Siddall, who was unable to play due to illness, but thank you Nigel for the prizes you provided for our winners. Today’s winning pair was Bernard Ross & Andrea Hall with 67 stableford points. Claiming runners up spot was our old favourite pair of Sally Cottrell & Ian Bonser with 61Points.
In 3rd place Geoff Dawe with a ghost partner with 60 Points. Well done to you pairs. We had three nearest the pin prizes on offer today the 3rd,11th & 16th and taking home the wine was Sally Cottrell, Glenys Cumming & Ruth Strasser.
What happen to the men today, bad showing boys. We had two 2’s today with Ruth Strasser & Steve Crossan alias Robert Turpin taking home a coveted Montgo Golf Ball each. Next Week’s competition is the St Patrick Day medal sponsored by Alan Lowans, so book in early as this is a very popular event.
