With a showery start on Friday morning, 23 players took part in a Team Accumulator competition sponsored by Susanne and Hans Duner.
Amongst the players were guest Mike Butler and on returning from the UK, Steve Crossan. It was also good to see Glenys Cuming back playing with us again. The winning team with 104 points was Geoff Willcock, Pete Turner, Alan Lowans and Mike Butler.
Second with 98 points was Franz Budnick, Caz Welch, Glenys Cuming and Helmut Pertler. There were no nearest the pins but Pete Turner collected a Montgo ball for a two.
Next week’s competition is the Robbie Burns Toast Medal sponsored by Andrew Brown. This will be followed by the Montgo AGM.
