Again, a small field played in the Montgo stableford sponsored by Sally and Arthur Burrowes, recently returned from England. The sun shone and the course was in great condition, such a shame that not more of the Montgo members are back here to enjoy it.
Hopefully in the next few weeks we will be able to get together again. Feli and Brian Baybut returned from the UK and Feli took first place with 32 points. Second with 30 was Sue Burman on countback from Caz Welch.
Feli and Caz also won nearest the pins and John Day and Heiko Schramm won prizes in a card draw. No two’s again this week. Next week Montgo play for the President’s Cup sponsored by the society.
