Friday saw 12 Montgo members brave the winds again to play in a stableford sponsored by the society.
Even though it was difficult to stand up a few times, the scores were still good with Stella Fox winning on countback from her husband Simon with 34 points.
Also with 34 points and third was George Braddick. Helmut Pertler and Simon won nearest the pins.
Next week there will be a two man Texas Scramble and to celebrate Christmas there will also be brandy and mince pies and a prize for the best festively dressed player.
Time to dust off the xmas jumpers, elves ears and party hats and have some fun.
