An early tee off meant an early exit from el raso with the wind blowing and the sky still in darkness. Most of us made it in plenty of time, but some members must have forgot that we were playing golf as a few cars and their occupants ended up on the motorway heading for benidorm.
One car, realised that they were on the wrong road but still paid twice at the toll booths before phoning up and getting the correct directions. In the end all made the course in time for their tee-offs. The wind on the front 9 was very strong which reflected on the scores for the day
