For this month’s meeting the Sapphire Golf Society and a group of 21 players visited the established course at Bonalba taking advantage of the excellent society deal obtained from Costa Blanca Green Fee Services.
The weather stayed fine and we avoided the forecast afternoon rainl and the day was enjoyed by all.
Gold Division – 1st – Tom McGinn – 36 points, 2nd – Don Bishop – 33 points
Silver Division – 1st – Colin MacDonald – 36 points, 2nd – Morten Kristensen – 34 points
Bronze Division – 1st- Paul Fairbairn – 28 points, 2nd – Ian Forbes – 23 points
Nearest the Pins – Probert, France, Elkington and McGinn

After the game we returned to Edina’s Bar and Grill bar, which is located at Dona Pepa, Quesada and we give our thanks for their support and that of our sponsor Sapphire Properties.
Our next fixture is the Bounce Day at Las Colinas on the 25th April 2021 followed by the interim day at La Finca on the 5th May 2021 and the society day at Altorreal on the 19th May 2021.
